The scientific theory behind Abacus training:

The human brain is divided into 2 hemispheres.  The left is responsible for logical processing, mathematical functions, and linear processes. The right side of the brain is used for imagination, visualization, and rhythm.  Why is this important in Abacus?  Well, our techniques are the glue that helps to solidify maths concepts because we not only activate both hemispheres, but we encourage the right, more creative side to do mathematical calculations too.  Using our innovative techniques we help children to use both sides of the brain in synchronization helping the overall development of a child, not just in mathematical terms but in a whole range of skills.

Abacus training improves the IQ level of a child by 5 % to 25%. It focuses on exercising the child’s brain by speed listening training. Our speed listening programs produce denser synapse networks which are responsible for improving the speed of communication between brain cells. Our programs enhance the concentration level of a child — our Visualization techniques when doing abacus work on improving the speed and accuracy of calculations and develops critical and lateral thinking skills in children. Our students have shown noteworthy growth in their cognitive development, memory retention, and social behaviour alongside a positive change in self-worth and confidence.
